Any changes to event details, permits, or ticketing requirements must be communicated in writing.
Additional changes may affect timelines or service scope.

We provide professional assistance in preparing, reviewing, and submitting event permit applications through the official Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) e-Permit portal and other relevant government platforms.
All final approvals, rejections, or conditions imposed on any event permit are solely at the discretion of the relevant government authorities. We do not issue permits, approvals, or licenses, nor do we influence or interfere with the decision-making process of any government entity.
Accordingly, no guarantee can be given regarding the approval, timing, or outcome of any permit application.
All government fees, authority charges, system fees, and urgent processing fees paid to Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) or any other government entity are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.
This applies in all cases, including but not limited to:
Once paid, government fees cannot be reversed, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all event details, documents, and information provided comply with the rules, regulations, and requirements set by the relevant authorities. We strongly advise full adherence to official guidelines to maximise the chances of approval.
Any last-minute requests, urgent follow-ups, or attempts to expedite approvals are beyond our control and responsibility.
Only speakers, performers, or artists who are registered and approved on the DET e-Permit portal are permitted to speak or perform during the event. Unauthorized participation may result in penalties, event suspension, or permit cancellation.
For applications submitted less than three (3) working days prior to the event date, the DET system may automatically impose an urgent processing fee of AED 520, payable directly to the authority. This fee is mandatory, non-negotiable, and non-refundable.
Events classified as free-to-attend but involving any form of registration, data collection, badges, wristbands, RFID, or check-in systems are considered free ticketed events and require delegate data to be shared with DET via the approved API system.
For ticketed or registered events, the client is committed to providing all mandatory attendee data required by DET within the specified timeframe prior to the event.
In cases where required attendee information is missing or incomplete, we reserve the right to collect such data on-site to enable barcode generation and regulatory compliance.
